2 accused of providing alcohol to minors
BATAVIA — Genesee County police issued appearance tickets to two people in separate incidents for allegedly providing alcohol to underage drinkers over the weekend.
Dylan R. Kwiatek, 16, of the 1300 block of Broadway Road, Darien, was charged with one count of unlawfully dealing with a child for holding a drinking party at a residence on the 10700 block of Route 77, Darien, deputies said.
He was issued the ticket at about 12:45 a. m. Saturday and is due in Darien Town Court on Aug. 12.
At about 6 p. m. Friday, Amber C. Jones, 25, was charged with five counts of unlawfully dealing with a child for providing drinks to five people under age 21 in her residence on the 6200 block of Main Street in Byron, according to sheriff’s deputies.
She is due in Byron Town Court on Aug. 4.
