RIPLEY — A woman hauled into Ripley Town Court on a dog nuisance charge Wednesday evening walked out facing two more-serious counts, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report.
Christina L. Natcher, 37, of Sandy Lane, became increasingly incensed during her second appearance on the dog nuisance ticket, stormed out of the court and unleashed a stream of obscenities in the parking lot, officers said.
When a deputy told her she was under arrest for using obscene language in a public place, she fought with the officer. She wound up back inside the courtroom on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was released on her own recognizance.
