Mother with tot accused of impaired driving
BATAVIA — A 26-year-old Corfu woman was charged Sunday with driving while her ability was impaired by drugs with her 3-year-old child in the car, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
Michelle F. Wimble, 26, of Sliker Road, also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Both charges are misdemeanors.
Deputies said a motorist reported the car being driven erratically and deputies stopped Wimble on Route 5 in the Town of Batavia about 10:30 a. m. She is to appear in town court on July 28.
