Pavilion man charged with attempted sex abuse
PAVILION — A Pavilion man who was charged Thursday with felony attempted sexual abuse is accused of attempting to intimately touch a woman while she was sleeping, Genesee County sheriff’s officials said.
Mitchell K. Milroy, 22, was arraigned and released pending a future court date. Further information was unavailable.
