HANOVER — A 45-year-old West Seneca man was arrested Sunday afternoon on a charge of driving while intoxicated, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reported.

A sheriff’s deputy at 1:52 p. m. pulled over a vehicle at the intersection of Routes 5 and 20.

The deputy saw the driver pass through a red light without stopping, police said.

Driver Gerry J. Wick was given a breath test and charged with DWI and failure to stop at a red light, police said.
