Varysburg man faces another DWI charge

DARIEN — A Varysburg man is facing another drunken-driving charge after being stopped Saturday, Genesse County sheriff’s deputies reported.

Dennis J. Mills, 45, of Route 20A, was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to submit to a breath test, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and unsafe lane change.

Deputies said Mills’ license had been revoked for a previous DWI conviction. He was arrested following a traffic stop on County Line Road at about 9:30 p. m. Saturday.
