PENN DIXIE FUNDRAISER: The fourth annual Big Toys, Trucks and Bikes event, a fundraiser for the Penn Dixie Paleontological and Outdoor Education Center, will take place from 11 a. m. to 4 p. m. Sunday at the Penn Dixie Site on Bristol Road, Hamburg. Also available are telescopes for viewing sun spots, fossil digging, toy and gas card raffles, and food vendors. RUSSERT TRIBUTE: Buffalo Homecoming event organizers will pay tribute to Tim Russert in a brief ceremony at noon Sunday during the Buffalo Homecoming Sunday brunch at the Buffalo Zoo. Rep.
