Town of Pomfret Day to offer public events
LILY DALE — Saturday is Town of Pomfret Day at Lily Dale, in celebration of the town’s bicentennial year.
Activities, which get under way at 10 a. m., include walking tours, chicken barbecue, music, museum tours and art show. A summer solstice celebration closes out the day at 7 p. m. There is no gate fee. For details, visit www.lilydaleassembly.com or call 595-2992.
