Cattaraugus grand jury issues drug indictment
LITTLE VALLEY — A Buffalo man has been indicted by a Cattaraugus County grand jury on drug and traffic charges in connection with an incident in Olean last year.
Ronald Harris, 36, was indicted on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, suspended registration, no insurance and several traffic violations, all on Dec. 14, when he allegedly had more than 500 milligrams of cocaine intended for sale.
Barbara A. Goodemote, 46, of Delevan, was indicted on charges of driving while intoxicated and traffic violations in connection with her Dec. 7 arrest in the Town of Yorkshire. She was allegedly driving with a 0.15 percent blood-alcohol content, nearly twice the legal limit.
Bryan J. McKenyon, 44, and Richard
D. Farnham Jr., 19, both of Salamanca, were jointly indicted on charges of third-degree burglary and possession of burglar’s tools Dec. 7 in the Town of Perrysburg.
The Salamanca men are charged in connection with a burglary at the former J. N. Adam Developmental Center.
Indictments were reported to Judge Larry M. Himelein, with one indictment remaining sealed. Arraignments will be held later this month.
