Draft hearing planned on Midway State Park
BEMUS POINT — The state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation will hold a public hearing on a new master plan for Midway State Park from 6:30 to 8:30 p. m. June 24 in the Bemus Point Elementary School auditorium, 41 Liberty St.
State parks staff will make presentations and answer questions. The agency is preparing a Draft Master Plan and Draft Environmental Statement for the former amusement park, acquired by the state several years ago.
