Grand larceny charged in theft of tow truck

YORKSHIRE — An Olean man has been charged with grand larceny in the theft of a tow truck without permission and is to appear Thursday in Yorkshire Town Court to answer the charge.
Christopher M. Amrhein, 34, of Route 16, was arrested Thursday by Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies and charged with grand larceny for allegedly taking a 1989 Ford flatbed tow truck sometime in April.
