Emanuel “Tiny” Yarbrough, considered the world’s heaviest professional athlete in the “Guinness Book of World Records,” will speak at a luncheon at the Ramada Hotel&Conference Center, 2402 N. Forest Road, Amherst.
Tickets are $12 per person. Reservation deadline is Tuesday, at www.AmherstEastRotary.org or 689-8886. On Friday, Yarbrough will be at the fourth annual Kids Day Fest at the Belle Center, 104 Maryland St., from noon to 5:30 p. m. Children at the center have been learning about the Japanese form of wrestling in the SumoKids program, and will demonstrate their skills.
