Bones in discarded cooler ruled those of an animal
Bones found Friday in a discarded beer cooler on Kenmore Avenue are those of an animal, not a person, the Erie County medical examiner determined Saturday. Pedestrians found the cooler in a parking lot on the 1700 block of Kenmore, on the city line.
