Twice convicted of DWI, driver now faces felony
A Clarence man who was convicted of driving while intoxicated in February 2000 and February 2007 was charged Thursday with felony driving while intoxicated after running a red light at Wehrle Drive and Harris Hill Road in Clarence, Erie County sheriff’s officials said.
Mark A. Chrysler, 39, of Connection Drive refused a breath test and was charged after a series of roadside sobriety tests, officials said.
