YOUNGSTOWN—The U. S. Coast Guard pulled a man’s body from the Lower Niagara River just before 6:30 p. m. Sunday, about three-quarters of a mile north of Stella Niagara.
Niagara County Coroner Robert DuBois said Monday that the Erie County medical examiner has yet to identify the body.
Authorities are investigating whether the man could be the 20-year-old psychiatric patient who went over the Horseshoe Falls last Wednesday.
