Following is a weekly listing of upcoming events of area faith groups held around Niagara County.

Today

CHICKEN BARBECUE: Featuring Barker’s Lions Club chicken, noon to 3 p. m., North Ridge United Methodist Church, Routes 93 and 425, Cambria. Cost is $8 for adults or $4 for children 10 and under.

Monday

PRAYER: Ministry team from churches throughout Buffalo Niagara area utilizes God’s word and training to assist anyone who is sick physically, emotionally or spiritually, 7 to 9 p. m., St. James United Church of Christ, 4661 Porter Road, Niagara Falls. No fee and no appointment necessary. Appointments can also be made by calling 884-0048.
