Falls man faces charges in beating of woman
NIAGARA FALLS — Police have charged an 18th Street man with third-degree assault and harassment in the beating of his girlfriend at about 2 p. m. Saturday.
Officers said Delancey D. Scott, 41, is accused of pushing the woman, with whom he had argued, down a flight of stairs before repeatedly punching her in the face. She was not seriously injured.
