Man gets 6 months in jail, 5 years’ probation for DWI

LOCKPORT— Charles T. Ray, 41, of Hartland-Somerset Townline Road, was sentenced Tuesday to six months in jail to begin a five-year probation term in a drunken driving case.
Ray had pleaded guilty before Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III to felony driving while intoxicated. Ray was arrested Jan. 25 on Main Street in Middleport.
