Guilty plea entered in two break-ins
LOCKPORT — A Buffalo man, charged with breaking into two apartments in the same Niagara Falls building two years ago, accepted a plea offer Wednesday in Niagara County Court.
Kyle J. Alexander, 20, of Sanford Street, pleaded guilty to attempted second- degree robbery and was scheduled for sentencing Dec. 2 by Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.
The break-ins occurred on Niemel Drive Aug. 18, 2006.
