Family, children’s agency to renovate vacant building
NIAGARA FALLS — Family and Children’s Services of Niagara plans to move the agency into a vacant Main Street building next year after a $2.2 million renovation and expansion project.
The new facility at Main Street and Linwood Avenue will be the nonprofit social services agency’s home office. More than 60 staff members who now work in the agency’s Chilton Avenue site and three other Niagara County offices will be located in the renovated building.
The agency is conducting a capital campaign to raise money for the renovation and expansion project, and has lined up other city and state funding sources.
