Pregnant woman escapes injury during tirade

NIAGARA FALLS — A 34-year-old woman who is eight months’ pregnant was the target of objects hurled by her boyfriend when she tried to leave their 24th Street home after an argument at about 1:30 a. m. Wednesday, Niagara Falls police said.
The 26-year-old boyfriend threatened to stab her, then hurled a frying pan and knives at the woman and also broke a 20-inch TV set, police said. The woman, who was not injured, was accompanied by her teenage daughter, police added.
