LOCKPORT — A man accused of defrauding an insurance company of $54,000 in disability payments pleaded not guilty Friday in State Supreme Court.
Peter J. Walsh, 37, of Steele Circle, Town of Niagara, denied charges of second-degree insurance fraud and second-degree grand larceny.
Assistant District Attorney Brian D. Seaman said Walsh allegedly was still working while collecting disability insurance payments from 2003 to 2007.
