NCCC nursing program partners with hospital
SANBORN — Niagara County Community College and its nursing program have partnered with Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston to provide clinical instruction for student nurses.
“This partnership creates a strong relationship between education and practice,” said Kay Collard, NCCC nursing education chairwoman. “The dual position faculty provides a strong clinical experience for students.”
The student nurses receive a portion of their training on the medical and surgical floors of Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.
