Boy says he was beaten by a group of teens
A 17-year-old boy told Buffalo police he was beaten with sticks and stones by about a dozen teenage boys late Sunday afternoon in Schiller Park.
The victim might have lost consciousness after the attack, which occurred at about 5:30 p. m., according to a police report.
He told police he planned to seek treatment in St. Joseph Hospital, Cheektowaga.
The assailants, all believed to be ages 14 to 16, were wearing sweat clothes and football cleats, police said.
The victim suffered cuts to his neck, lips and forehead, as well as a lump to his forehead, according to police.
