Three traffic stops lead to DWI, pot charges
Three men are facing charges following three separate traffic stops on the Thruway in Cheektowaga over the weekend, State Police report.
Robert S. Kinney, 41, of Velore Avenue, Orchard Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated, early Sunday.
In another traffic stop Sunday morning, Eric R. Buser, 31, of Glendale Drive, Lancaster, also was charged with DWI.
The third arrest came on Saturday when troopers pulled over David C. Weber, 18, of Baker Road, Orchard Park. They charged Weber with unlawful possession of marijuana.
