Minority Bar Association to hold annual award dinner

The Minority Bar Association of Western New York will hold its annual scholarship and awards dinner Sept. 23 in the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.

The event is scheduled to begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30 p. m., and the awards dinner will follow at 6:30.

The association will honor the Belle Center and several individuals. Daryl D. Parks, a lawyer based in Tallahassee, Fla., and a partner in Parks&Crump, will be the guest speaker.
