School Board offers free lunch program

The Child Nutrition Department of the Buffalo Board of Education will be providing free lunches through Aug. 12 at the Xtreme Wheels Indoor Skate Park, 356 Hertel Ave.

The summer lunch program will offer 50 free lunches Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-serve basis. The lunches will be distributed between 11 a. m. and 1 p. m. and are available to the general public. It is not necessary to be an Xtreme Wheels Indoor Skate Park member to get a free lunch.

The summer lunch kickoff will be held from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. Wednesday in Riverside Park.
