Walking tour to feature Olmsted community design

A two-hour guided walking tour of the historic Parkside community in Buffalo will take place beginning at 10 a. m. Saturday.

Starting from Church of the Good Shepherd, 96 Jewett Parkway, the tour will feature the neighborhood designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

Admission to the tour is $10, and it will be held rain or shine. For more information, contact the Parkside Community Association at 838-1240.
