Hispanic group offers college scholarships

Applications are available for the Hispanic Women’s League college scholarship awards.

The league encourages applicants from Erie and Niagara counties.

Students must have completed at least 24 degree credit hours with a mini-mum of 2.75 grade point average.

The league also will consider financial need and commitment to the Hispanic community.

The deadline is Sept. 9. For more information or to request

forms, call Alicia Granto-Estenoz at 885- HELP (4357) or Eleanor Paterson at 851-1049.

Application forms also are available online at www.hispanicwomensleague.org .
