The Planning Board will meet at 7 p. m. Tuesday in Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road.
Buffalo
The Common Council will meet at 2 p. m. Tuesday in Council Chambers on the 13th floor of City Hall. Also this week:
• The Council will hold its premeeting caucus at 2 p. m. Monday in Room 1417 of City Hall.
• The Preservation Board will meet at 3 p. m. Thursday in Room 901 of City Hall.
Cheektowaga
The Maryvale School Board will meet at 6:30 p. m. Monday in the board room in the Samuel Bennett Administration Building, 1050 Maryvale Drive.
Clarence
The Town Board will meet at 7:30 p. m. Wednesday in Town Hall, One Town Place.
Depew
The Village Board will meet at 7:30 p. m. Monday in Council Chambers in Village Hall, 85 Manitou St.
Erie County
The Erie County Legislature’s Finance and Management Committee will meet at 10:30 a. m. Wednesday on the fourth floor of Old County Hall, 92 Franklin St. The Legislature will hold two public hearings later in the day: at 5 p. m. on the 2009-10 Erie Community College budget, and at 6 p. m. on various proposed laws to reduce the size of the Legislature and extend lawmakers’ terms from two years to four. Also this week:
• The full County Legislature will meet at 2 p. m. Thursday on the fourth

The Town Board will meet at 7 p. m. Monday in Town Hall, 6100 South Park Ave. Also this week:

The Global Concepts Charter School board will meet at 6:30 p. m. Wednesday in the auditorium of the school, 1001 Ridge Road.

The School Board will meet at 7 p. m. Monday in the board room in the district office, 177 Central Ave.

The Board of Education will meet at 6:30 p. m. Wednesday at 2045 School St.

The Village Board will meet at 8 p. m. Monday in the Municipal Center, 4295 S. Buffalo St. Also this week:
• The Town Board will conduct a work session at 6 p. m. Wednesday in the Municipal Center.
City of Tonawanda
The School Board will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 p. m. Tuesday in Tonawanda High School, 150 Hinds St.
West Seneca
Erie 1 BOCES will meet at 4 p. m. Wednesday on the Education Campus, Building C, 355 W. Harlem Road. Also this week:
• The West Seneca School Board will hold a special meeting at 9 a. m. Saturday in the West Elementary Administration Board Room, second floor, 1397 Orchard Park Road.
