Wrong-way motorist charged with DWI

A woman observed driving the wrong way on Franklin Street early Wednesday was charged with drunken driving, Central District police said.
Carlie Jamieson, 29, of Buffalo, told police when she was stopped at about 1 a. m. that she had consumed four alcoholic beverages and hit two parked cars. Before being charged, she failed three field sobriety tests. In June 2007, she was convicted of an alcohol-related driving charge, police said.
