Two posing as police take $500 from man
A man was robbed Monday night by two men pretending to be police officers. They were armed and wore badges around their necks, police said Tuesday.
The two entered an apartment in the 700 block of East Delavan Avenue, near Grider Street, at about 7 p.m., when they confronted a man who was visiting the home, according to Northeast District police. The men stole $500, police said.
