Extinguished house fire reignites 3 hours later
Fire marshals were investigating a suspicious blaze at about 11 p. m. Friday in a 2 1/2-story vacant house at 138 James St.
Though declared under control, the blaze rekindled three hours later. Damage was put at $20,000.
