One dead, another hurt at Woltz Avenue address
A fight at 261 Woltz Ave. Saturday left a 43-year-old man dead and another man injured, Buffalo police said.
Ferry-Fillmore officers investigating the report of a fight at the Woltz address about 4 p. m. said they discovered the body in a rear house. The injured man, whose age was unavailable, was taken to Erie County Medical Center, police said. The victims’ identities were unavailable.
Police said it appears there were no weapons used during the fight. Chief of Detectives Dennis J. Richards said an autopsy is planned.
Further information was unavailable. Homicide Squad detectives are investigating.
