20 gallons of gas siphoned from company’s vehicle
About 20 gallons of gasoline were siphoned from an East Amherst Street transportation company’s vehicle, according to Buffalo police reports.
The company reported that between 1 and 8:30 a. m., a thief climbed over a locked fence and entered a protected area. Once inside, the thief cut a hose to the vehicle and siphoned the gasoline. More than $250 damage was done, according to police reports.
