Depew man accused of DWI

A 24-year-old Depew man was arrested on the Niagara Thruway for aggravated DWI early this morning after a breath test showed his blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit for drinking and driving, state police said.
Joshua Tschari was stopped at about 3:50 a.m. by state troopers.
He was taken into custody and brought to the State Police barracks in Buffalo, where his BAC registered at .23 percent.
