DWI among charges after vehicle rollover

SALAMANCA—A Lincoln Avenue man was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said he rolled his vehicle over on East State Street at about 6 a.m. Sunday.
Travis E. Skinner, 30, was not injured, police said. Other charges against him include driving without a license and unlawful possession of marijuana. He’s to appear in City Court on Friday.
