YOUTH BALLET AUDITIONS: Auditions for the Greater Buffalo Youth Ballet’s upcoming performance of “Sleeping Beauty” will be held Sunday at the Royal Academy of Ballet, 949 Englewood Ave., Town of Tonawanda. Registration for dancers age 6 to 11 is at 11:30 a. m., with an audition class from noon to 1:30 p. m. Registration for dancers 12 and older is at 1 p. m., with an audition class from 1:30 to 3 p. m. JEWISH GENEALOGY: Harvey Glasner, of Toronto, will speak to the Jewish Genealogical Society of Buffalo at 2 p. m. Sunday in the Jewish Community Center, 2640 N. Forest Road, Getzville. His topic will be “The JewishGen Online Worldwide Burial Registry: Its Value for Family Research and Cemeteries,” focusing on how to obtain information on ancestors’ gravestones from other cities, states and countries and how to volunteer locally to collect the data for this worldwide cemetery project.
