Falls man, 24, charged in burglary, assault

NIAGARA FALLS—A 98th Street man was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary and third-degree assault for allegedly entering a woman’s apartment last month to retrieve his cell phone and then striking her in the face several times and banging her head against the wall.
Terrance L. Robinson, 24, allegedly broke into the Packard Court apartment June 25. The victim told police she grabbed a knife for protection and then Robinson left. Robinson also was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of the children in the apartment.
