BLUES FESTIVAL: The Niagara Falls Blues Festival starts at 7 p.m. today with a classic car and bike cruise from Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls to Barton Hill Hotel in Lewiston, where Big Tobacco will play. The festival continues from 4 to 11 p. m. Friday and noon to 11 p. m. Saturday on Old Falls Street in the Falls. Free admission and parking.
