Grassroots Gardens will hold its third annual “Harvest Celebration” at 5:30 p. m. Thursday in Karpeles Manuscript Museum, 453 Porter Ave.

Tickets for the fundraiser, which supports the further development of vacant land into community gardens, are $30, $25 for members. There will be beer, wine and cider, along with appetizers from some of Buffalo’s best restaurants.
