LOCKPORT—Three residents in the 7100 and 7200 block of Chestnut Ridge Road reported power tools stolen in overnight garage break-ins this week, according to Niagara County sheriff’s deputies.

A 52-year-old resident in the 7100 block said a chain saw and drill set, valued at $1,200, were stolen from his unlocked garage.

An 84-year-old neighbor told deputies that his garage was entered and someone went through the drawers on the back wall, but nothing was missing.

A man in the 7200 block told deputies a battery charger, drill, two reciprocating saws, an angle grinder and a skill saw were stolen. He said the door did not lock because they were remodeling. The loss was put at $1,050.
