Post-traumatic stress disorder, suffered by many active-duty troops and combat veterans, will be addressed by an expert in the field at 11 a. m. Wednesday in the McGrath Library Conference Room of Hilbert College, 5200 South Park Ave., Hamburg.

Matt Baker, a counselor for Buffalo Veterans Center, is the featured speaker for the program, which is free to the public.

He will talk about diagnosing and treating PTSD, the emotional toll on soldiers returning from duty, veterans and families, and local support and services. For information contact Phyllis Dewey, director of counseling, at 926-8930 or at pdewey@hilbert.edu .
