So it’s fitting that the Aurora Historical Society wants to enhance the National Historic Landmark Millard Fillmore House maintained as a museum and visitor site just off Main Street. The society is looking to build a replica of Fillmore’s East Aurora law office next to the museum on Shearer Avenue, along with commissioning a sculpture of Fillmore.
