The Buffalo Animal Shelter is looking for homes for 13 dogs in need of adoption.

The dogs, who have been at the Oak Street shelter for more than a month, include a pit bull named Maria, who has been there since July. The shelter, as an incentive, is offering a “New Dog Owner Starter Basket,” with items a new owner might need.
