Police bicycle auction scheduled for April 10
Updated: August 21, 2010, 5:15 AM
The Buffalo Police Department’s popular bicycle auction is set for 9 a. m. April 10 in the garage at Buffalo Police Headquarters, 74 Franklin St.
Police say the auction will include between 250 and 300 bikes that have been recovered by officers throughout the city. In the past, prices have ranged from $1 to $100.
Last year’s auction raised more than $8,000 and benefited the department’s general fund.
