Dec. 1 seasonal debut slated for Rotary Rink

Buffalo Place officials announced Wednesday that Rotary Rink at Fountain Plaza will open Dec. 1.
Officials said National Grid crews are helping to get the rink ready for the winter season. They said free skating will be available at the site unless there is a special event. The annual tree lighting at the rink will be held at 5 p. m. Dec. 5.
