Irish dance competition set for today in Falls

NIAGARA FALLS—“Feis at the Falls,” a competition and celebration of Irish music, dancing and language, is set for 11 a. m. today in Conference Center Niagara Falls, 101 Old Falls St.

It’s the fifth consecutive year the center has hosted the feis, pronounced “fesh,” which is expected to draw 900 dance competitors. Tickets for the dance contest are $10, but Irish music outside by the Lochside Celtic Band is free.
