WARSAW – A Town of Warsaw man and woman were arrested by Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies last Thursday afternoon for an unlicensed driving incident, deputies reported Monday.

Robert W. Miller 28, of Saltvale Road was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle because his driver’s license has been suspended since December for failure to pay a driver responsibility assessment.

Miller’s passenger, Nicole L. Granger, 23, also of Saltvale Road, was charged with facilitation of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped them on Ryan Road in the Town of Warsaw about 4 p.m. Thursday and confirmed Miller’s license problem. Granger was charged for allegedly knowing Miller had a suspended license. Both face Warsaw Court proceedings next month.
