LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda man faces a maximum of two years in the Niagara County Jail under terms of a plea deal for drunken driving, which he accepted Monday.

State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. will pass sentence June 16 on Daniel S. Couturiaux, 42, of Deerfield Drive, North Tonawanda, who admitted to felony driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. The traffic stop occurred Nov. 17 in Wheatfield.
